ABOUT THE INDUSTRY

We are one of the leading manufacturers of Anhydrous Aluminum Chloride, established in the year 1991 with an initial production capacity of 100 tones / per month. Later in 2005 with the same equipment production was enhanced to 180 metric tones.

To meet the market demand, the company has to set up a new unit at Saggonda village in West Godavari district for increasing the manufacturing capacity to 1000 tones / per month with improved quality specifications and commenced commercial production at the new site since June 2009 with ISO certification.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY

The BCPL factory  is situated at Saggonda village, 30 Km away from  Rajahmundry,  Andhra Pradesh. The plant is set up to manufacture 1000MT per month of Aluminum Chloride anhydrous. Production equipment’s and areas are dedicated for manufacturing of anhydrous Aluminum Chloride. The plant area is about 2.17 hectors. Out of 21754 sq. meters of total land available about 2660 sq. meters is for built up area like production blocks, raw materials areas, finished goods storage area, Utilities, quality control, Administrative blocks, security, first aid room, workers rest room area etc. More than 30% of area is     developed as greenbelt area.

BCPL employees are well experienced in this field of manufacturing of Aluminum chloride anhydrous since 1992.

The Manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 : 2008 certified company.

LABORATORY

Our expertise in quality assurance laboratory conducts all the in process checks and the tests on the final product to meet the quality specifications.

POLLUTION CONTROL

Being a chemical plant we take utmost care to achieve maximum revenue at all stages of production and thereby reduce the gases evolved during reactions and to efficiently scrub. The solid waste generated is disposed through  solid waste management system.
